Overview
In this series of InterActivities, students view short movies on the people, issues, and events related to a specific question in U.S. History. Using an online organizing tool, students read primary sources, save passages that support either side of the question, and enter their own analysis. The online tool then makes a printable chart of the primary-source passages students have saved and of their own comments. Using this chart for evidence, students take a position on the focus question and write an essay or prepare a class presentation.
Standards
Our U.S. History materials map to the National History Standards as set by National Center for History in the Schools.
