Course Objectives
This self-paced course gives teachers the opportunity to reflect on the classroom-integration process, to determine how SAS Curriculum Pathways helps meet instructional goals, and to evaluate the impact that effective technology integration can have on both teaching and learning.
Participants progress from learning about SAS Curriculum Pathways to developing customized instruction related to specific curricular and instructional needs. Teachers work through resources (just as a student would), evaluate instruction, and implement lessons in their own classrooms.
Availability
We are waiving our standard course fee ($200) for 100 core-discipline teachers (English language arts, social studies, science, mathematics, and Spanish, grades 6-12) to participate in this year's pilot of Transforming Instruction with SAS® Curriculum Pathways®. Participating teachers must complete all course requirements by May 31, 2010.
